We had an excellent luxurious stay at Hampton Court - v clean, extremely comfortable with lots of little fine amenities that were very well thought of

Great location, very modern

Doesn't have a heat pump, was very cold. The little heater doesn't warm up the unit fast enough Thank you, a heat pump would make all the difference

Location, to Oneroa, Wineries. Also it was very spacious, very clean & had everything we needed.

Handy location, good sized bedrooms and lovely courtyard. Very well presented property

No kitchen really. The living area is not big enough for two couples to sit inside if the weather wasn’t so good. The stomping noise from upstairs while we were trying to sleep was very annoying and the pillows were very hard.

Great location and loved the villa, very quiet and beautiful

Convenience to ferry ,shops restaurants. Comfortable beds.Everything wee needed was catered for. Definitely recommend.

Comfy beds, generous size bedrooms Good location, easy walk into town Nice extra touches, like some books to read, milk, jam in fridge, generous teas and coffees Owner helpful to contact about access, as one of our party had broken her ankle

Lounge area very small for 4 people (one 2 seater sofa, very small table) Cooking facilities minimal and odd layout (microwave only, in lounge area; minute sink, no real surface space) so fine for breakfast but not really to cook a meal Quite a few steps, to access and inside the property, so not good for anyone not mobile (but it's a very hilly island!)

Beautiful fit out, lovely furnishings, luxurious feel, quiet and close to the village. Attention to detail was special, some really nice little touches in every room
