What a beautiful place to stay. The accommodation is exceptional. It is comfortable, roomy, and very well equipped. A true home from home.

Amazing!! One of best places ever stayed at! -Awesome location- easy access to town centre but also quick to the highway for day trips. Incredible views. Private parking - the suite was clean, modern, spacious, comfortable, well equipped. - great atmosphere- quiet suite, out on deck can hear the birds. Very peaceful - host was awesome- informative, responsive. Thankyou for the complimentary chocolate Also provided brochures and suggestions - value was great (stayed in nov) - restaurants a short drive away ( recommend rivers catch!)

The location is perfect, just less than 10mins away from city center, on the hill with breathtaking views and very quite to rest, relax and sleep;) two good size bedrooms and it’s very tidy and comfy! Would love to come back every time when we visit Rotorua! Thanks Tania

Location and spectacular views. Even able to see geyser. Clean and well thought out facilities and thoughtful gift on arrival. Highly recommend this .

The property provided everything you could need for a stay including some lovely complimentary items. The home was clean and the host very welcoming. Even had a few stock items of most things you need which is lucky for us has we had forgotten a few! Beds were soft and comfortable and the whole house very clean. There was a barbecue for use but due to the weather we didn’t get to use it. Even though the host lives above, there was no intrusions or any sign of them but safe in their hands if we needed anything, she was only a message away. Placed in a lovely quiet cul de sac, we used our car to get to places. If I returned to the area again, I wouldn’t hesitate to use it again.
