"Top Aussicht mit Schwächen"

Wir wurden zwar nicht persönlich begrüsst, doch mit Keksen und Schokolade willkommen geheissen. Die Aussicht war grandios!

Leider können wir die hohen Bewertungen für die Wohnung nicht nachvollziehen. Sie roch modrig nach Keller, war staubig, mit korodierten Beschlägen und mit einem winzigen Bad. Das eine Doppelbett war stark durchgelegen. Wir haben uns mit Plastikpflanzen und dunklen Möbeln eher unwohl gefühlt. Schade.

The location was beautiful, the view of Rotorua is stunning and the apartment was spacious and cosy for myself and my partner. We met Tania too, she was super lovely and welcoming. This has been one of our favourite places to stay in while traveling around NZ. Thank you!

"An Unforgettable Stay: Stunning Views and Great Host"

Tania (the host) was constantly in touch. When we arrived, she walked us into the apartment.. There were some delightful treats waiting for us. This is incredibly thoughtful of Tania. The instructions were easy to read and understand. The apartment is stunning, and the views more than live up to its name. In addition to the breathtaking city lights, we could see steam rising from the hot springs. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the WiFi speed is incredible. We had a great time and would love to come back soon.

テラスからの眺めが最高でした。 部屋も広々としてきれいでした。 キッチンは調理器具や調味料が揃っていて自炊を楽しめました。 管理人さんがとても親切で 到着時に設備の使い方を教えてくれ 朝は車のフロントガラスが凍っていたので お湯を持ってきて融かしてくれて無事出発できました。

From arrival to departure everything went smoothly. Our host Tania came to say hello, said to contact her if we had any concerns then left us to our privacy. Our accommodation was spacious, clean and obviously cared for. Came with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Location was great, views over Rotorua and the lake. Would highly recommend Serenity Views as a wonderful place to stay.

Amazing view of the city! The property has all the amenities you need, and is super comfortable! The host was lovely and the location was nice and quiet but a close drive to town 😊
