The hotel was clean and well equipped and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It was well located, not far from the terminal and the squares with colectivos to nearby towns with attractions and museums, near shops and places to eat.

The bed wasn't as comfortable as we'd have liked.

Staff was above and beyond friendly. Tv w channels, windows with a breeze, places to eat close by, and about a 10 minute walk to the principal park of Chiclayo. I will return and stay here again.

Probably not the best area to walk late night, but honestly I did and was just fine without a problem or even a worry

It's basic but clean and great value for the money. The guy at the reception was super nice and let us rest in a different room before they got our bigger room ready. He also stored our luggage for a few hours after check out. Not the newest looking, the halls and entrance look a bit scetchy but I think it's very good for Chiclayo standards. Netflix on TV is great since there's not much to do. Walking distance from Cruz del Sur bus station and cheap food options around. People in some reviews mentioned how the area is not nice but that's the whole town, haha, most streets are just dirt roads, we felt okay walking from our dinner after sunset although caution is always needed.

Nothing about this place, very dirty, no lighting, no one at the front disk. Every morning to go out for exercise, I had to wait for over 15 minutes for someone to open the gate.
