The hotel is well situated. The port from where cruise ships leave for the lake and further to the canal Elbląski. All facilities like shops , restaurant are in the hand range and many attractions are close around it.

Initially I was given a cramped room near the reception and without an external key. Fortunately, after my complaints, I was given a room in the new part of the building where I had stayed last December 2023 and I had found myself well. So always ask to stay in the new part of the building with a canal view and an independent external entrance.

The shower hot water mixer, although of excellent quality but innovative and not with the traditional easy-to-adjust wheels, does not allow a progressive and warm supply of warmest water and I could not take a warmest shower at the desired temperature. Sometimes traditional things are better than exaggerated innovations.

Very good location - facing the canal; very clean , good comfy beds, new furniture, parking without extra fee

I had comfortable. condition to resting and sleeping. Hotel has open restaurant up to late evening and serve very tasty breakfast. The hotel is located by the port.

No complaints. I am travelling a lot so I was happy to stay here for one night. No point to say something negative about this place.
