Parking, Location.

Stay in that pension for 10 years now- every year is worst and worster. The price is to high for that level. You can find much better quality hotels in Augustow for that money. You can not refuse breakfast, even if You plan to leave hotel before six o`clock, You still pay for it.

Good vale for money, nice restaurant

A bed and pillows could be a bit more comfortable

I arrived at 7pm and found the room with the heating off. I understand that it is necessary to save on heating but there is nothing worse than finding the room cold in the middle of winter after a long trip but I think that at least the room booked, already paid for, should have the heating of the room and bathroom already turned on. morning because with winter temperatures it takes at least 4 hours to heat a room that is cold.

Location, private parking, restaurant-bar on the ground floor- fish is beautiful.

I got a room with a balcony - amazing view of the Channel

Everyone working here made me feel comfortable and welcome. The manager even drove to the pharmacy to buy me some OTC pain relief while I ate my breakfast. Covered parking was nice, wonderful views of the lake and tour boats, delicious food and great beer on tap/bottles, cozy but comfortable room with a refrigerator in a room directly across from my room. Very easy drive or walk into the center of the city, a mini-market next door and inside or outside dining.

I can not think of anything bad to say about this hotel.
