Good Breakfast. Good Location. Private parking.

Perfect location and easy to find. Parking is free and private - late in the evening there were several free spots. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good for the price, not buffet, you can choose from about 8 dishes - mainly different kinds of eggs, pancakes. Nice port view.

Room 117 was good - warm, mostly clean - one pillow case had small, colourful particles all over (I hope dust? but it can be food crumbs). Some dark spots on the shower tiles - not a big deal, you can find that in the expensive hotel. Room 121 was cold. Heater was at 3 when we arrived, it was hot itself, but the room was really cold. After setting at 5 - in the morning you could still feel big difference in comparison with room 117. Because of that room 121 should have thicker blankets. Soap bottle was empty near the sink. We stayed for one night only, arrived late, were tired and didn't want to waste sleeping time. I hope that these things could have been changed if we have asked.

Super friendly staff, excellent service, bar, restaurant and even a shop on site. Fantastic view to the canal and I believe that majority of the rooms have a balcony. You can buy freshly smoked fish, which is smoked on site near the canal probably on a daily basis or depending on the season. Secure parking spots available. Very good coffee!!! I was on the road trip from Estonia back to North of France and would have loved to stay for an additional night in order to explore the area. Very pretty and clean city of Augustow is worth visiting for couple of days instead of a one night stay over.

Great view, comfy beds, sheets so nice I want my own set. Quality trim on doors, windows. Security for bicycle, hallways. Friendly staff who are okay with my no polish language skills

Great location, right next to the canal. View from the balcony, comfortable beds. Excellent restaurant on site.

The aircon did not work in my room. The receptionist only spoke Polish, I had to use google translate to explain the problem.
