HS Beach House Phu Quoc Island

Amazing place on Phu Quoc! I had the pleasure of staying at HS Beach House, and I’m absolutely thrilled. The location is fantastic – while it’s a bit away from some beaches, it’s not a problem at all because the view from the window is breathtaking. What’s even better is that as soon as you step out onto the terrace, you’re already on the beach, with the sea just a few meters away. The staff is the kindest and most helpful I’ve ever met. Everything about this place is perfect. It’s just incredible! Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Phu Quoc

The property is amazing with modern facilities with an ocean view. We were able to cook food of Our choice. The owner took care of our transport within the city. It’s closer to the main sightseeing places.

The approach road and the neighbourhood.

Sadly, this place is nothing like the pictures. The studio we got was quite run-down and clearly past its prime. The hot tub in the middle of the room is pointless since there’s no hot water for it. The beach view is disappointing, as the area in front of the terrace is littered with rubbish. The neighborhood felt unsafe; when we arrived, the neighbors were fighting and even throwing shoes at each other. To make matters worse, I received a strong electric shock from one of the sockets by the bed. Overall, this place is not good value for money, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

The host was very friendly and attentive and ensured the broken air con was fixed quickly. The beds were comfortable. wifi was good. water was good.

The room needs some renovation, the air con was broken when we arrived but was fixed the following day when i advised them. There isnt anywhere to eat near this accommodation but there are some shops to buy water. The area is in a compact residential fisherman's village, which can be noisy in the evenings, you need to go 2-3km to get to any place, the free bus to the north is 2km away.

Trash on the beach, bad air conditioning, mosquitoes in toilet, doors are rusty and the room needs renovation at all.

the staff were amazing, i broke my ankle on holiday......and the were incredibly helpful... super cute room. view was amazing. 2 minutes walk were local markets and room has mini kitchen, so was great to have food with amazing views from balcony. you can swim just in front of house.

Bed is hard, location could not detected by google map, floor is slippery, the outside road was narrow and car could not use the house, the induction cooker not function, high sound of the wind, aircond was not function,

Owner has multiple properties, so you can pick your desired location. I liked my room, which was at very private place near the small beach. Room is right at the shores, so you have bouncing waves against your balcony, this together with amazing view and fresh ocean breeze creates one of the kind romantic atmosphere. Room is stylishly decorated with white furniture and big bathtub (and also shower). Owner provides conveniently also motorbike rental, so you dont need to leave your passport somewhere else. There is friendly grandpa watching over property all the time, so it's very safe. Owner was very friendly and accomodationg with all my requests during my stay there. Thank you very much, Roman
