Electricity is cut off almost every 30 minutes 10-20 times a day

Location to the city center was good. The equipment in the communal kitchen was sufficient.

There was only one office swivel chair in the room, and the communal kitchen only had one chair, which later collapsed when used. The dishwasher did not work. The electrical power supply was so weak that the main switch (please press for 3 seconds) constantly flew out. There are 3 separately rented rooms to the apartment, one has the bathroom across the hall.

The room was wonderful, however the bathroom shower did not work, We had to bunjie cord it to work or we would flood the bathroom, also the rain shower was broken, Need's to be fixed, Needs to be fixed, other than that all good, Room #3, Thanks for everything!!

Nice area with bakery, eating places, supermarket all close by. Easy access to the centre by metro. Bed comfortable.

The bathroom and toilet weren't en suite but in the corridor. No change of towels possible for a 10 day stay. No hanging facilities for the washing

We didn't like to stay here. The bathroom was too small and dirty and smelling badly, and the room was dusty. Unfortunately the lock of the room and apartment weren't safe and we decided not to sleep there. However, they reacted quickly and organised the return of the rest of the booked nights (we paid one night, city taxes, and late arrival fee, and also 40 euros for the cleaning of the room - the latter was not specified on their site). We are not booking this place again.

Convenient location: there are 2 grocery shops nearby, multiple places to eat at, bus stop 5 steps away, metro and bus stations are also pretty close. A good place to stay if you plan to travel to another cities from Lisbon via public transport. a The balcony was nice too. The shared kitchen had pretty much everything you need.

Had to kick-start a fan using spoon, it works now :) bed was comfortable, but pretty squeaky. Shower drainage can be clogged, beware of flooding the bathroom.
