the rooms were modern and clean, the location was good and the staff were friendly.

there were issues with the sewage system, so there was a nasty smell in the hall area. when using the hairdryer, the electrics would blow so we had to do a full reset so this needs to be looked at. we wanted to wash our clothes but there was nowhere to hang anything up to dry. the pillows were comfortable but not very big.

cleanliness of the room itself. the walls of the bathroom in the shower look old, the decor hanging on the wall on top of the bed wasn’t properly clean and I had a few small cockroaches in the room. most of the towels had stains and one towel was ripped.

Great place, a short walk from the metro. A few steps to the shop and the bakery. The room was spacious, nicely furnished and the shared kitchen well equipped. We also made use of the washing machine.

Below the balcony was a bus stop, it was quite noisy even at night. We were lucky to have quiet flatmates, so sharing an apartment was OK, but the walls between rooms are very thin.

Bed was comfy

Front door was very hard to unlock, I know you and them are aware of this problem. It would take 5 min each time just to get into the building. I do not know why it has not been fixed. The drains in the bathroom back up and the shower fills with water. It was gross. I was also led to believe, through your ad, that this place had a private kitchen. The write up is not near clear enough. This is also noted in your reviews. I would not stay here again.

Do not recommend. When we arrived for our check-in around 15h nothing had been cleaned at all, bed sheets hadn't been replaced, ... The cleaning service was outsourced to some other company, it took multiple calls before the poor cleaning lady finally arrived around 20h (she did a good job). Very unprofessional. The bedroom is next to a street with a busstop and the windows do little to block the noise. Had to put in earplugs to sleep at night. Place feels like a quick cash grab by the company in many different ways: no kitchen-towels in the kitchen, little pressure in the shower, light in the hallway only switches on when you're already up, ... Wish I'd spent my money elsewhere.
