Broadwater River Estate

The swimming pool was not clean.

Everything except the restaurant.

The restaurant - service from waiters bad/cold. We had to clear our own table. The wifi is non existent.

The property was nice 👌

They could do more in terms of boat rides. And there should be small boats for two people

The facility was clean,spacious,breakfast was delicious, our whole stay was just amazing, nothing to complain about.

I was not given accommodation because the place was full. I had to book at another place in Douglas as the accommodation was utilised by people who apparently booked for a party. I was very much disappointed as Bookings.com confirmed my booking even telephonically ☹️

There was nothing to like as i could not be accommodated at all. Bookings.com i am disappointed also in you for ensuring me that i have a place to sleep. Travelled all the way from Roodepoort to a place of interest for nothing. No proper communication from the estate before we could even drive there. I would have made other arrangements elsewhere 😏

Good quality food, great location. Very peaceful, and tranquil place to stay.

Cold Shower every morning, no hot water Main Hotel Rooms no soundproofing, can hear every word person next door is saying Parking very far from main rooms to carry luggage up and down the stairs Wi-Fi wasn't working, poor signal in the rooms
