Broadwater River Estate

I am content with the facility.

The beds are two bed joint together a double bed would have been ideal

Restaurant and location is very good.

Noisy Neighbours until early hours in the morning and directions and lighting are an issue from main road.

The room was fantastic the gardens were beautiful although the river was in flood it was beautiful. Definitely plan to stay there again

The breakfast wasn't served or supervised and was left open to get cold and dry

Aside from the other guests being extremely loud until the wee hours of the night, everything else was good.

All in all a very good property. From check in to check out everything was good. The kitchen prepares very good food. I would have given a 10/10 but don't advertise Wi-Fi when you don't have Wi-Fi. As a business traveler this is key and the signal is so poor you cant even sent an email.

Wi-Fi is non existent

Breakfast was top of the range.

The tap was loose by the basin. The light bulb covers are a bit low hanging for tall people.

The view was great and that is about it .

1. The room was not ready appon arrival at 14:50 although the check-in starts at 14:00 2. The room wasn't cleaned properly, the bath was not washed , the bed had hair in , the floor was dirty 3. The aircon did not work properly checking the filters it has not been cleaned in a while . 4. The bed lamp was not working 5. The braai outside was not cleaned, and the braai grid was used by previous guests and not cleaned. 6. The bathroom had a leaking tap. 7. Breakfast was not ready at 8. The area was dirty. The floor was not cleaned bugs and old food crumbs were lying around and just overall it was disgusting 😑 az
