Beautiful place in the middle of the vineyards. A lot of spots where you can relax. We really enjoyed our stay.

Stunning location and lovely old & scenic house

A small restaurant or bar would be lovely, since you can't walk to anything food related in the near area

We traveled in Portugal and Spain for 2 weeks - this was the BEST place we stayed. The place is in a quaint little town in the wine country - there's not much in the town itself, but that's not a problem since you wouldn't want to leave outside this place anyway! The vineyard was gorgeous, filled with wine grapes and fruit trees of many kinds. The lovely lady who runs the place - she was the sweetest person ever. She runs the place impeccably and so efficiently. The property is old in a very good way - rooms were smaller with lower ceiling but that's expected in a older houses. It was cozy and very clean. The pool on the property was very clean and well-maintained. And the breakfast was absolutely fabulous - the same lady who runs the place also whipped up the best eggs for our family. Everything at the table tasted so fresh and delicious. Many of the fruits were straight from the orchard. The town is small and not a lot of restaurants, but there were bunch at the next town, which is 5 min drive away. We had the best meal at the small restaurant that offered a lot of local dishes and wine from the region. This was supposed to be our quick stop and we only booked for one night - our family requested that we stay at least 3 days next time we come back. It was really wonderful.

Beautiful location, amazing house with a sizable balcony to see the sunset. It was also very quiet and private. We especially enjoyed the generous pool and game room.

If you have a large car some of the streets to get to the location might be daunting.

We are a family of 5 (2 parents + 3 kids), and stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. This is a very nice hotel located in a pastoral landscape in the vineyards. Quiet, clean, friendly stuff. The pool is clean and nice. The view from the balcony is lovely. All the buildings of the property are historical and authentic.

The location is 10 minute drive from restaurants and supermarkets. There are not any in a walking distance. The room with a private bathroom is not very comfortable, as the bathroom has 2 doors that connect between the rooms. I wish the kitchen of the place was more equipped for self-mealing. The breakfast was OK, not very reach.
