Welcome Family Guest House.

The family were extremely welcoming and friendly. The bedroom, bathroom and bed were all enormous. There is a shower curtain!, wardrobe and fridge. Also a very nice large balcony. Breakfast was very nice & plentiful with plenty of tea served in a China teapot.

If you want to be picky, then you can hear the trains going by at all hours. It didn't bother us.

Twin bed configuration was very cramped. Almost had to climb over my travel companion's bed during the night to go to the bathroom. Maybe putting the beds on the other wall might help. Shower pressure could have been better.

We were very pleasantly surprised by the great hospitality and value-for-money. Our host and her sons gave us lots of helpful advise and we looked forward to the treats at breakfast. This was beautifully presented and plentiful. Our room had A/C, fan, ample storage space and a spacious balcony. We travelled there on the train. The guest house is very close to Bentota station but the trains didn't disturb our sleep during our 4 night stay. Highly recommended

Nice and clean room, freshly renovated, quality furniture. Super clean and well maintained bathroom, shower pressure is excellent. Great and various breakfast options, just a 3 min walk to the beach. I felt like with my own family just far away from home. Wholehearted, talkative and kind hosts. See you soon!

We would have loved a mosquito net over the bed downstairs.

it is a few meters away from the beach. Google Maps might not show that route but it is less than half of the route shown on google maps on foot.

Very near to the beach with restaurants close by. The owners were friendly and very helpful

Very clean large room, not far from the beach, with delicious breakfast.

Mum and her 2 sons were very helpful. The breakfasts good. The location excellent. The room had everything we needed.
