The jacuzzi inside the room was something amazing , and the host really helpful

Jacuzzi doesn’t work. And that is the only reason I booked this place.

It’s very clean and comfortable

Television had some issues with bugging. And there were only 2 really small cups, not usuable for coffe

Location

First of all, the listing made it look like it's kind of a boutique hotel, which is not true, it's two-three apartments weirdly separated. The stairs of the neighbour is very very loud and scary, and it's inside the apartment in a very weird way. Dirty bathroom, the jacuzzi looked like something we wouldn't use in a million years. Very little toilet paper, had to buy our own. No glasses, knives, microwave, etc., the kitchen is basically empty. We could not put toilet paper to the toilet, we have to put it in a bin. There is no elevator and it is on the third floor. It is absolutely not a luxury suite. The big fridge is not working, only a small one in the wardrobe. Generally seemed okay to stay in, but towels and toiletries were sketchy, we didn't use them. The "receptionist" was in and out, sometimes yelling at someone (maybe other guests?).

Central point, comfy room and luxury,good WiFi connection.

Location and size of the property

There were no blinds on the windows in the kitchen and living room which means no privacy and the blinds in the bedroom were not black out.

Nice location.

Really dirty. Hard towels, sticky floors, dust everywhere, hair on the floor. The room looked way bigger in photos. A maid was supposed to come after 3 days but never did. Just discussing honestly. Btw I'm still waiting for the receipt of the payment.
