Best located in the heart of the city . My room was great and luxury furnished . Concierge was helpful about information and friendly . I recommend this hotel.

The property was on top floor and wasn’t prepared for guests. It was freezing cold and the AC couldn’t handle it at all. The host wasn’t cooperative and was denying the problem. He has just offered another cold room. We didn’t stayed. Not recommended during the summer too for the same reason.

The location was excellent. The staff were superb and they went over and beyond to help.

The curtains were too short to cover the windows. The toilet was too high except for a very tall person. The bathroom needs better ventilation also.
