Everything was perfect in this accomodation. We extended the stay from 3 nights to more than a week. The stay is located in a small quiet street in a nice green garden, 10 min walking distance from a famous and beautiful Mirissa Beach. There is also a very nice and good restaurant the neigborhood. The owner and his brother are great hosts, they keep the house clean and they even broght us Sime fruits. All is clean, roomy, quiet, the bed is comfortable and with a Moustiquaire, good AC, a table in the room and there is also a shared kitchen.

The quality with the price are just a great deal! There is nothing we would not like.

Our stay was amazing. Both beds came with mosquito nets and there was a full kitchen attached too which was a pleasant surprise! Very clean and the owners were so kind and helpful - fresh bananas delivered to our door twice during our 5 night stay! Only two minute walk to the nearest supermarket and just 10 minutes from the beach.

Very spacious, really proper working AC, comfortable bed, location is just outside of the busy main road. Super friendly people who host this.

Quiet place surrounded by vegetation near the heart of Mirissa. We stayed for 5 nights! Friendly and very helpful staff, we even had a washing machine! Excellent quality/ price ratio.

Kitchen could be better equipped

Clean rooms with new A/C in a good location not very close to the beach and party noise at night.

One bed was little hard, i like it sometimes, and it's healthy for your back. But wasn't the best option for me. But the other bed is fine

Good location, comfortable beds, even a private kitchen is here. High ceilings which is nice
