"An ideal overnight location, but next time would rather consider staying at the main house"

We stayed in the "old school" cottage. Nice location on a working farm. Quiet and relaxing. Spacious unit.

We found the unit very hot, especially in the main bedroom, despite a floor fan being provided. Consideration should be given to installing ceiling fans in the lounge and main bedroom to improve air circulation. Also, the gravel road to the cottage is not suitable for vehicles with a relatively low suspension.

An unexpected gem indeed. We stayed in the Tree house cottage which can house up to six people. It is extremely spacious and has stunning garden views. Our hostess, Kate, was super friendly and available for any questions or requests. The supper was most delicious and we could tailor our breakfast to our individual preferences. There is a swimming pool to enjoy and the air conditioning made a huge difference as we stayed over on a very hot day. The garden is just lovely with plenty of photographing opportunities.
