"Serene and relaxing farm stay with great hosts"

Exceptional house and garden. We really enjoyed the Braai and swimming pool area which was a welcome and relaxing area after a long days drive.

"A flawless stay: spotless rooms, great staff, and unforgettable carry lamb!"

The breakfast was a highlight, featuring freshly made pancakes, fruit, jam, coffee, and juice. The entire facility, including our room, was spotless and comfortable—absolutely meeting our expectations. We were pleasantly surprised to have Wi-Fi and TV available. The staff was very welcoming and enthusiastic. For dinner, we ordered the carry lamb, and it was so delicious that we’d gladly return just for another taste of that dish. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we can’t wait to come back!

"Tranquil half-way stop"

First off the staff very lovely. We got a very friendly welcome, and they were very helpful. The cottage was private and set in a beautiful and tranquil garden. Hillside was the perfect rest stop on our journey. The cottage was spacious, well equipped and clean. We ordered lamb curry (excellent!) for dinner, which we enjoyed on our patio.

Unfortunately we found the bed a bit uncomfortable, as the mattress was too soft.

Cleanliness, peaceful and well equipped with milk, tea, coffee, sugar, butter and other kitchen ware.

Next time we will ensure to book a different cottage as we were adjacent to the sheep kraal with loads of flies.
