"Extremely unprofessional and dissapointing"

I made the booking for my elderly uncle. The owner Ilze was extremely rude to me, my PA and my uncle. The staff at the accommodation told my uncle that he had just one night to stay. When we tried to contact Ilze she was not available the whole day. When we did get hold of her she was extremely rude to us. I have WhatsApp's to prove this.
