Unfortunately the owners are very arrogant, bad attitude towards customers and I will never book their place again and that is why you were not recommended by the department you were the last resort because Bloemfontein was fully booked, so i will never utilise your place again never and I will make sure that no one from my department book your place because you don't know how to handle people

It was clean and well sized. Felt safe aswell. They clean your room daily.

To access my room, I have to take an uncomfortably big step, because for some reason there is no set of stars to access my room. They don’t adjust the room price for a solo traveller vs a couple, so even if staying alone you’ll pay a couple price. There is no shower, only a bathtub, and the bathtub has old stains or scratches, it is clean, but had to clean it vigorously to make sure the stains were not dirt.
