Beautiful grounds, cosy room with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Huge bath with the garden view. Super quiet , only birds and nature.

Perfect place to stay with our little family, great outdoor space for the kids to run around and get some fresh countryside air. Denise is a wonderful host & her home made bread was delicious!

That we didn't stay longer

Comfort and ambience. The extras such as freshly baked bread with butter, breakfast cereals and other small pantry items were well utilised. Very helpful host.

Kitchenette very dimly lit and would suggest led under cabinet lighting. This was a minor issue and definitely would not deter me from another stay.

House is very beautiful.The decoration is quite excellent.Love the bathroom with nice tub.Everything is quite convenient.Surroundings there are sheeps and cows that we can walk to them.Love here.

Meticulously clean and stylish - perfect for an overnight stay on our way to Auckland that enabled us to catch up with old friends in Cambridge. Host was friendly and welcoming.

Maybe wouldn’t suit an extended stay as cooking facilities a bit limited and not much lndoor living space - but great outdoor spaces and views.

Very comfortable accommodation, lovely setting, luxury bedding etc and everything you could need was supplied.

Grounds need some TLC, couldn't really have sat outside if we'd wanted to. While the deescription doesn't state there is a lounge it would be helpful to state that there isn't one. We got a bit of a suprise to just find 2 bedrooms and no communal living area.

Beautiful rural setting in heart of Awesome Waikato. Lovely hostess and breakfast provisions.
