The Moorings is a exceptional property high on a hill with gorgeous views. The studio is large, private and very comfortable with everything you need. Friendly and helpful owner and staff to answer any questions you might have. Very Enjoyable stay.

Superb location and property. Excellent view.

Signage for property was not clearly visible from the road. Only plug in electric hob available for cooking indoors.

Room views, cleanliness, design

Gorgeous little apartments, very close to ferry terminal and buses.

We wish we’d got a (very short) taxi up the hill as we had a big suitcase with wheels that we had to carry. If you’re travelling light you’ll be fine!

superb location - just a short walk (uphill) fron the ferry and walking distance to Oneroa. very nicely presented with stunning views of the sea. Just the right amount of space for a couple and basics were provided.

There was a function down by the ferry terminal both nights we stayed, with loads of people and music late into the night. We didn't mind too much but it would be good to know before booking that this can be the case. Also there was a pretty aggressive alsation at the neighbouring property which put us off a bit but they had it on a leash and I don't think this is a usual occurance.

Needs better instructions to find as signage is not visible from the road and the letterbox number on the driveway entrance is not the number of the property

This artfully designed apartment was fantastic providing beautiful decor, amazing views, and the most convenient location you could possibly ask for. The hosts were kind and very accommodating offering fresh lettuce from their personal garden to a complimentary bottle of local wine. This property will leave you with fond memories of amazing Waiheke Island for years to come.
