Clean, spacious and comfortable

We were on the 5th floor with no elevator The shower was weak

Room was really spacious with a balcony, large bathroom & shower and the host had kindly left plenty of water and snacks in the room! There was house keeping every other day which we were not expecting so that was great. Complimentary coffees with the option of paying for breakfast. Pool area is shared with the rest of the apartment block which was clean and comfortable. Location was handy in the Nimman area to the Maya shopping centre, One Nimman food market and nearby funky shops & cafes!! You can also use the gym in the centre free of charge :)

Clean and nice facilities.

It's noisy in the midnight. Someone falls in love with closing and opening door. I think it's because the building's structure. I hope for a nice sleep.

Spacious room with little living room and balcony. The cafe downstairs is so great! Perfect location - we were able to walk everywhere. Would recommend!

The room was clean and spacious.

Located in an old complex. Entering the building after 10pm requires going through the back door.

The team at Like a Local was very accomodating and made me feel welcomed at my time there. Location was perfect and convenient if you want to explore Chiang Mai.

The location is fantastic. One block away from One Nimman and the other mall, which have dozens of great food options for you, coffee, clothes, live music, etc. I walked pretty much everyday to the old city to do my exercise, it's about a 30min walk. Mimi and Turkey, who take care of the coffee shop give you a free coffee. They are the sweetest. My studio had a view to the parking lot/the mountains. I miss having the view to the mountains while I work. :)

The staff were lovely and helpful, the room was spacious and sound proof, the bed was comfortable, there was a large smart tv, the pool was great and the location was also good.

My only issue was with the water pressure in the shower, this is an issue with the older building itself, and so not with the room.
