Kohjum Relax Beach

Beautiful place ,very relaxing and really good food at the restaurant.

Great place run and built by a kind, local family. Totally peaceful location, really tasty local cuisine at the restaurant. Six bungalows, all well built and situated, temperatures never too high despite no AC. Large terraces, easy for setting up hammocks. Place looks even better live than on the pictures. Convenient access everywhere on the island with a scooter. Free kayaks available, fun alternative means of reaching the adjoining beach up north. Best stay on our trip.

Pee Yak and her family could not do enough for me. I spent 30 days with them during Monsoon season and I was the only one in the resort. They cooked for me everyday, went and bought whatever I needed. made sure my internet was working and helped with anything I asked. They were warm, caring and the place was exactly what I wanted. It is remote and on a beautiful beach. A truly desert island experience.

the staff was so incredible and friendly and made me feel like family. the property itself was very beautiful too just a bit difficult to get to and very secluded so come prepared not to leave once arriving

bungalow right on the beach with a big terrace. great when you are traveling with small kids. Great mango lassies in the restaurant. the best resort on this small bay.

we missed a mini fridge for cold water , but minor detail.

The photos of the room do not match the photos posted on the website. I wanted a sea view bungalow, but in fact there was no sea view. The only amenities are a fan and an outlet. Room cleaning only once every three days. No hot water, no air conditioning, no room cleaning, no refrigerator

We had an amazing time. The staff was very sweet and helpful. The beach is very nice and quiet and food was great too!

This report has to be read with 3 years Covid and its repurcusions to the tourist industry in Asia, in mind. The resort is coming back to life after Covid. A new bungalow is being built and boilers for hot showers will be installed for example. The bungalows are a bit too expensive. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The food is excellent and not average as others have written! The room has to be paid in cash! There is NO ATM on Koh Jum! The next ATM is really on Phi Phi but you can get money with your credit card from a man in a travel agency near Koh Jum pier (the pier to, for example, Koh Lanta)!!!!!

Warm water would have been good, but it's coming after the high season. Go to Magic Beach next door for swimming without rocks.

The staff was very welcoming and the whole time of our stay super friendly. They have an a la carte restaurant and provide food for the whole day. everything we ate was very tasty and the prices complete reasonable and not to expensive. Even you don’t have to move to the city for having breakfast, lunch or dinner. The location is this what we were looking for. Bungalows in the first row at the beach. The beach was quite empty (maximum 10 people at the same time at the beach). Also the area is a good spot for snorkeling. The space in the Bungalows was big, they provide a mosquito net and everything was super clean. We can just highly recommend it if you are looking for relaxing spot on an calm island!

The way to the bungalow is a bit difficult. You have to pass a dirt road. We came by scooter and for us it was ok to ride but if you aren’t used to it, it will be hard. Or while the rainy season it will be very muddy.
