It is a beachfront accommodation. Literal nasa shore

We inform them a day before that we got stranded in Dumaguete due to sudden surge of passengers and we only got the next day trip. So I ask them if we can have a refund for the first night, but they refused and they even let other guest stayed in our designated room. So the next day we got there, they didn’t let us check in our room since the guess has to checkout first. I even hated the way the owner talked us about it, she made it seem like our fault that we were not able to be there on our booked date. It was just so disappointing, we paid for two nights but we only got to check in for one night and not have our room ready for us for the day we have paid for.

도로 오토바이소리 시끄러움. 온수 안나옴. 화장실 통해 모기 들어옴.

Die Lage direkt am Strand, Preis Leistung, Personal freundlich + hilfsbereit. Für 15€ die Nacht kann man nicht meckern und auch nicht mehr erwarten.

Klimaanlage sehr laut und schlecht regulierbar, kein Spiegel im Bad, der Strand könnte sauber gehalten werden, lag viel Müll rum, keine Strandliegen vorhanden, Matratzen sind durch.

The place was very calm and casual. awesome place to relax.
