Loved staying here with my friend from Cebu. He had recommended this place as he had been to the restaurant a few times. We had a great time here hanging out around the pool and eating at Gabby's. The room was nice and clean and the balcony was great to have a beer on!

I was so impressed with the value for money & loved the theme of the place. My room was spacious & had everything I needed including a nice view onto the courtyard below. The onsite café/restaurant has great food & is very reasonably priced. The staff were professional & helpful. I would recommend staying here & I would love to stay again one day.

I was excited to learn that there is a swimming pool here & I was really looking forward to going for a swim. However, the pool was unswimmable as it was not clean - it was a bright lime green colour with green blobs of slime floating in it. No one was swimming. Additionally, I ordered breakfast at 7am one morning & it took 40 minutes for it to arrive which is pretty bad since I was the only one in the restaurant.

Really enjoyed our stay at Florentina Homes. The rooms were clean and great for the price. We ate in Gabby's Bistro and swam in the Oasis pool. I'll definitely stay again when I return to Dumaguete.

Area is OK, quite close to the airport and within walking distance to the sea and restaurants. There's restaurant and swimming pool. The staff are nice and friendly.

The whole place is a bit tired. The first room we had was tiny. View outside was the main road - constant vehicle noise through the night. The bathroom has drain smell. One good thing-we were moved to a bigger room the following day with no drain smell in the bathroom. Tired/old linens. The sheets have threads sticking out. The towels are unusable - supposed to be white, but they're far from it. Mine had holes even! They smell musty. I mentioned it to the nice lady at the desk. She gave me another one. Looked and smelt the same. I just couldn't use it, so I decided to have them laundered at the nearby laundry place instead. Pillows smell too, so i used my spare nightie to put over my pillow case. The rooms are dark and dingy. You cannot read or even see your face properly in the mirror.

The apartment was very spacious and the location ideal for our visit. Breakfast from the restaurant was hearty and tasty.

Loved our stay here but there's still room for improvement: - Reception could be a bit less grumpy especially when guests are checking in at night after a long trip. - Staff also forget to remove the bins at the foot of the stairs leading to the apartment.
