Super clean and quiet place to stay

The AC didn’t work well, the bathroom was dirty especially the corners of the taps. The room was hot especially at night, we could barely sleep well. There is a noise from other people in the building climbing the stairs and going down and sometimes it feels like they’re forcing to open your door at night. The kitchen was dirty it was quite clear it wasn’t cleared well over time and even though things are put away the cookers and microwaves have stains from oil and other dirt. There were some left over items lying around in the living room/kitchen which made it look untidy. And oh the area is shady! The laundry room was locked and we didn’t have access to use the washer and drier. There’s much more to say but I’ll just end here!

I think the place was simple and clean as advertised. Would have enjoyed some cups, or a cup, in the kitchen area. My issue was elsewhere.

Unfortunately, the walls were very thin and my neighbor was having extremely loud sex all night. Even noise canceling headphones could not help. I wish I had known about the acoustics of the place, because it was extremely hot out and I did not have the energy to go somewhere else to stay, and I didn't want to risk a bad reaction from the other visitor. Unfortunately, I had to leave in the middle of the night.

The location of the USCIS was within two minutes! We booked this room because of this location!

It didn't have a TV, but that was okay! It felt just as described as a room, and that's what it is! You should find a parking space right away because you might have to park blocks away! It's not the properties fault, but there is only street parking.

Spacious, own bedroom and bathroom. Quiet.

The apartment was empty furnishing wise and the host didn't introduce himself or let us know who else was staying there as a heads up. There was no welcome food, drink, nothing. There could've been some type of welcome package for the amount of money we spent! ($217.55 for two nights)
