Cozy bedrooms at University City in Philadelphia

Big, clean bedroom with a good sized bathroom. We were the only one's at the property so had whole apartment to ourselves.

Not central so a bit of a walk to supermarket. You would need to get an uber/ public transport to central Philly.

Super clean house, bedroom and private bathroom was really clean too.

Theres no kitchenware or appliance, so if you want to make coffee, tea or a quick snack/breakfast or a proper meal you cannot.

The whole apartment might have been painted recently and it smells very bad. It was very suffocating that i asked the owner about an air refreshner and they said they didn't have.

The location was ideal for me and the value was great.

There is a shared kitchen but there is nothing in it! No plates, no cups, no flatware. Absolutely nothing. My second night there were two people in the room next door and I realized that I could hear them when they talked and especially when they got up in the morning. , There was no soundproofing between the rooms.
