Beautiful Room near JFK and close to LaGuardia Airports

The host was very welcoming and helpful with tips on how to get around the city.

I had a cab driver take me there rang bell they say no one home called the number left message no reply back. Cab driver took me to a different place.

No value at all.

On check in day I was early at the property. My flight ended early and I thought I'd go to the property to ask if I could buy half a day because I was really tired. I went with a cab, paying quite an amount because the place is not close to JFK airport. The place looks like an ordinary house, hard to distinguish from the other neighbors. Upon ringing bells and knocking with no answer, and the uber left, I decided to go to a seating area in a corner of the yard. Suddenly I heard a loud and shrill voice; it came from an intercom. The voice sounded shrill and offensive. I started explaining that I wanted to see if I could check in early, paying for extra hours. She started yelling even louder: you are trespassing, you can't be in this place. You're trespassing. You should have messaged. She sounded like a person who was out to get an enemy, not like a landlord who values her tenants and knows customers put bread on the table. My argument, though: the place is in a suburb with no amenities or places to go. I was all paid up from the day I booked. What made this unbearable and utterly unfair is that she screamed that I shouldn’t come back at check in time, 4.30 pm. either, she wanted me to come later. That’s a violation of the rental agreement with Booking.com. Considering the headache and cab monies and distress with trouble thus caused, I had no option but to go to DC without accomplishing my goals. I’m considering suing this place.

I arrived at the time for my check in to find the place closed and no one was available. Several calls to the number listed were redirected to an hotel.I lost my booking money and had to pay extra transportation cost.
