They were no Creamer for coffee cuz we were last one got up

Front office is too messy no organize we were so confused where was our room ring the bell no one answer,the front door should have lock , got instructions how to get to the room were sent after we got there

Things were dropping on the upstairs floor when I was sitting in the neat little lounge. Perhaps you should go down and ask some one to drop something… it’s a bit loud. Other than that I recommended your place to friends in Hilo.

Fantastic location, really fun low-key set-up. Very comfortable and easy to engage with other guests in the wonderful 'living room' just outside the rooms. Great price, and just really lovely room. The outdoor seating also wonderful. A highlight was the opportunity to pick up macadamia nuts from the tree in the yard, and crack and eat them right on the spot!

I loved the room, the facilities, the location and the friendly host.
