"Incredible breakfast"

The breakfast was incredible. Quiet but good location. The son speaks english so communication was great. Train station pickup was arranged in advance and was helpful. The room was comfortable and came with a fridge.

Breakfast was amazing with a wide variety. Location was also great in the center and in the old town. You can walk easily to Registan Square (around 10-15 minutes walk). Very quite place. Room was very big and comfy in a nice house. The owner and owner's son Anvar were great. They helped a lot about everything. Late in the evening, the hotel owner brought us from the train station to the hotel free of charge. It was a very nice gesture and we were very pleased. We were very happy about everything. Many thanks :)

"Comfortable stay and close to Registan"

We arrived after midnight via train and the owners were accommodating with our late arrival. Huge breakfast awaited us in the morning. Loved being able to sit at the traditional table for breakfast. We were also able to do laundry for a fee and the courtyard had plenty of sun to dry our clothing.

WiFi was a bit slow, but the point is to disconnect on vacation 😉

The host very welcoming us.they did served tea n fruit when we come to check in.the room and toilet was so clean n big.also very near with attractions place like bibi khanum, registan.Te breakfast so delicious .The host also help us to exchange some kyrgytan som to uzbek som.Recommend 👍👍

"We liked the experience of staying with a local family but at the same time it was very private."

It’s located inside the old city. We were allowed to check in early into our room. My daughter had to do some online classes and they moved the router to our room.

The breakfast was nice and great location. The Registan Square is just a kilometer away and all other attractions are walkable like the Siyob Bazar and Bibi-Khanym Masjid. The room was well-decorated. I love the oriental colors. The host family were very friendly and helpful and spoke perfect English.

Nothing! They even gave me free laundry!
