I liked everything. Anvar and his family are great hosts. They can help you arrange tours or can help you with any problems you might have. Wonderful breakfast, great location- easy walk to Registan Square, beautiful home. I had a great time.

Everything was great. especially we can eat very delicious breakfast. i think You will be surprised when you see it. The owner's son can speak English, so communication is possible. His sister is very cute. (laughs)

Excellent location and polite helping staff

Room was small without bed side lamp. There were two quite big steps to enter to the room and two more leading bedroom to go to bathroom, which was uncomfortable for me

This family-run guesthouse felt like a home away from home. Anwar and his family were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they went out of their way to make sure we had a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the major attractions, esp the Registan Square. I would definitely recommend this guesthouse to anyone looking for a budget friendly, charming and convenient place to stay.

Great location, good breakfast, clean and spacious room. Best thing is that the guest house is owned and run by a really kind, warm, helpful and hospitable family. Will definitely return if in Samarkand again

External bathroom although private is a small inconvenience but we knew about this before booking. I found the bed hard but my family slept like babies so maybe just me

A very nice, warm, and cozy guest house. We arrived late and the owner met us at the railway station. It was very kind of him as we were tired and the distance from the station was quite substantial. Upon arrival, we were offered tea, which was served in a spacious inner yard. The facility itself is in a traditional 'mahallya in the centre, five minutes to the Registan and Bibi-Khanum. It has four guest rooms with an owner's family part. The yard serves as a 'dining room' during warm seasons. When we were there in mid-March, they served us breakfast in a special tiny room. Owner's wife is very helpful, his son speaks good English, and his little daughter is adorable. All speak very good Russian. Our room was small but cozy: two beds, two bed-side cabinets, a table, a fridge. There was a boiler in a bathroom, towels, etc. Generally, it was a warm, atmospheric, and absolutely pleasant stay. Highly recommend!
