This homestay is quite special as it belongs to an orphanage. French-Spanish Jean and his wife run both for a long time. It is a pleasure to see how the children seem to enjoy this place, and to contribute through paying for the rent. It is a quiet and pleasant homestay near a river and Buddhist temple. Rooms are nice and price for value is very good. You can choose between European and Vietnamese breakfast, both quite good. Jean and his wife like to discuss with their guests and will give you a lot of information about Hue and Vietnam. Spend some time there, you will not forget it!

Very friendly host. Great food and service and very nice and clean location. A excellent place to stay during your visist in Hue.

What an experience to participate at our small scale to the orphanage of Thuy and Jean. They are dedicated and to spend some nights at their homestay will help them for their daily needs but also projects for the kids. Short taxi ride to go to Hué city centre.

Just perfect. We regret we could not stay longer. This is the nicest place we stayed in Vietnam. they organised motorbikes, recommended the best restaurants. did laundry gave us the best Vietnamese breakfast we ever had. European breakfast also available). The children running around are very nice. see you soon

this is the perfect homestay

Our 24hr stay was utterly charming and a highlight of our Vietnam trip. Jean and Tui were wonderful and have created a beautiful space for the kids (who invited us to make and eat crepes with them!). The whole experience was really touching - wish we had more time allocated to it.

A bit too far from the city

Amazing host, very friendly. He can speak many languages. They run an orphanage there with very cute children, the benefits from the home stay will go there. The food was delicious and local. I would highly recommend

a bit far from the city center but there are plenty of grab scooter drivers in Hue and you can rent a scooter at the home stay
