Brilliant location and size

Bed was comfy and the location was great.

Very noisy, no staff around, no water in the room, no tea and coffee facilities, no TV and the shower flooded every time we used it.

Right in the centre of town.

Allocated room 1. This is adjacent to a restaurant dining terrace and is entered by the restaurant bar. There are no staff. Abrupt emails prior to arrival and no personal touch at all to compensate. Clearly a business, not a vocation.

Nice building, central location, very nicely renovated room.

Traffic noise: you can sleep between 11 and 7:15. Which would have been fine if the woman in the room next door hadn't yelled at her phone for ages from 4 in the morning.

Quirky room with shutters very close to the city centre . Comfortable , clean and very cheap. Next door is a good restaurant also run by the same family. The staff were all lovely . They allowed us to store bags after checkout and called as an Uber and paid for it off their own account , when we left to pick up a hire car.

Steep stairs with heavy bags or for those with mobility issues .

Central location near bars, shops, restaurants Lots of character.

Did not have double glazing and opposite noisy bars that stayed open until late. Not an issue for me but may not suite some people looking for an early night in quiet location

Absolutely the best hotel room I have stayed in years. Loved the period detail and aesthetic. Location was perfect for my needs. Staff friendly and accommodating. I will stay again whenever I'm in Braga!
