The staff needs training on how to treat clients

I loved the cottage, location great and room very nicely fitted out with great amenities.

I did find the ladies shouting across to each other from the entrace area up to the rooms very irritating on the afternoon of arrival. Also thete was a security van that came in and the ladies were very loud taljing to the driver. I was trying to have a quiet afternoon nap at tge time. Also asked to pay on arrival which was not a problem, but to be asked to walk up to the area only to find a staff member (olderlady)tucking into her lunch there while was paying did not leave a great impression. One small tip the floor in the shower is Very slippery in the cottage when wet you may land up with a problem at some point if someone slips and breaks a leg. I work in 5 star hospitality so do bear this in mi d as my standards are high. And i would be hapoy to chat about this more if you wish for feedback.
