La Casa Nostra Villa Rose Garden Amore

Location was good- close to a lot of shops. The bedroom was spacious and the rose garden was absolutely beautiful. Fresh towels were brought in every day and there was an emergency box with a few first aid items and female hygiene products just in case one had an unexpected visit from the monthlies. That was very thoughtful of them.

When we arrived the staff was not aware of our booking so we had to wait before check-in. Breakfast was served much later than expected and agreed. Part of the property that was in pictures was not available for use or exploration because we were told it was part of private quarters- in which case it should not be advertised as part of the aesthetic if guests are not allowed to access it.

The way the rooms were curated and the garden of course. The host and staff were very helpful and friendly. Definitely my spot when I come back to Durban.

Daniele and his team were superb! The service was 6 star and the location is quiet and peaceful. The security is the best in Hillcrest as there is onsite presence. Add to this the neighbourhood is managed by an excellent surveillance company, I slept like a baby. Everything was perfect!
