Bedding and towels were crisp and clean. Top surfaces of furniture clean and polished

The family penthouse smelled heavily of smoke not just when we arrived but each time returning to the room could smell smoke Inappropriate joke at front door Dirty under beds

Breakfast not provided, staff did it arrive in time at 8am when vehicle departed. No breakfast given

Bed shakes when aircon switch he’s on and off. Because it’s pushed against prefab wall.
