"Very bad noises unprofessional staff not wearing uniform and not looking like are the "hotel" worker"

Nothing at all I liked with that place isn't same as pictures

No towels in room. Noise all over the building. Even foot steps and movements of people that walk in top floor.... arrived there the bar fridge is off.... wifi is slow and disconnecting. No standard pay tv you have login with your details to stream.... patio is dirty, no air-conditioning

Beautiful from the outside....Beautiful view, the pool is nice and big the water was cold but amazing. The Lady who welcomed us was very friendly and accommodating ❤️ The room smelled nice when we arrived, probably a room spray ❤️ Bed was comfortable and towels were clean and toilet paper was soft and water was hot ❤️

No kitchen, only room. Tiny TV 🫠 I had to squint my eyes. Mouldy smell in cupboards, tiles need a deep clean and windows, the duvet cover had a cigarette burn on in side but it was clean, the blankets on couches and cupboards smells like dust, pool not clean, I stepped into something sharp I got out immediately. The windows were dirty and we could hear the steps of ppl on top it disturbed our sleep, the Wi-Fi connection is very bad. Carpets were dusty, it activated my sinus. We didn't know they sell food as well so we bought a frozen pizza and the Chef said no to warm it up for us in his oven, we were very hungry and he was not helpful at all, it was our first time there. He could have helped us out. We ate our snacks and couldn't wait to leave the next day. Ricoffy is the worst coffee, please have better coffee as a welcome ❤️
