Place was dirty on arrival.The domestic cleaner opened the gates and when I entered the place marked reception area found the floor still being swept and the cleaner was not aware of my booking.A call was made to the owner who was on holiday and she confirmed my booking with booking.com I was shown a room downstairs which had a shower in the patio with no roof top I refused and was shown a room upstairs but below was a kitchen which had a bad smell like burnt meat and porridge and my spouse almost puked.The owner was called again and I explained to her how dirty the place is including the yard with garbage on the floor ,garden and beer bottles lying around.Splattered cake on the pathway and in the garden part. cake splatter on garden tables and almost lost my footing while taking my bags to the room.I asked for the rooms at the back in a thatched lappa which was a bit decent but was asked to pay extra which I refused.I was told that will be given the room on condition that I do not write a bad review.I agreed as I did not budget for the 250 extra per room. At the lappa there was a roof with stairs serving as a roof to the rooms.upon climbing the roof found mattress and blankets and dirt from previous guests still presentm.The rooms smelt like a shebeen .Small spiders were still walking on the bed.Towels were torn.Tv in the lounge area did not work Never stayed in such a place before.This place is only worth 100 a night and in my opinion should not even be on booking .com. Nobody to welcome guests and ensure everything was in order. Owner did not care about guests.Had to ask for clean towels the next day. Customer care pathetic just like the place

It is very spacious and the beds are very comfortable

There wasn't enough toilet paper and we had to go and find some and maybe get rid if the wasps on the verandah coz you can't open the door otherwise they come in

The welcome was great 👍 😀 👌
