The room was clean 👌 and beautiful view from the balcony.

The Booking stated that our check in is from 15:00-18:00 Check out 08:00-11:00 The reason I booked buh the helper was not nice about telling us how we should move coz she wanna do her work while we were still packing our things....she was rude .

We did not even get to stay at this place

Everything! We were relocated to a different location. It was not pleasant. The host did not even assist in the check in. She sent someone else who was in the biggest rush. She just gave the keys and left. The next day the electricity went out for two whole hours. It was not loadshedding and I was told to go back and forth between the owner of @grace guesthouse and the owner of the relocated guesthouse. It was very unpleasant.

She sent someone else who was in the biggest rush. She just gave the keys and left. We booked the guesthouse because of its location but were relocated to a different place very far out of town and where we wanted to be. The next day the electricity went out for two whole hours. It was not loadshedding and I was told to go back and forth between the owner of @grace guesthouse and the owner of the relocated guesthous. It was very unpleasant and inconvenient. The owner should just have refunded us so we can book an alternative place instead of throwing us in the boendoes to figure out everything on our own. Worst experience with a booking on booking.com.
