Cosy Room in Alcantara - Lisboa

I stayed here for a few days, and overall the apartment and location were fine, but I had an unpleasant experience with the landlord. I received NO information about how to get into the building or the apartment itself in advance. I finally arrived and looked for contact information, called the number, but there was no answer. A man at a nearby store helped me by lending me his phone number with her WhatsApp number. The apartment is on the 5th floor with no elevator. The landlord gave me the code for the WRONG room, which was already occupied by someone else - the room contained personal belongings. It's a very funny situation, considering you can get robbed simply because the landlord mixed up the room numbers. The apartment itself is rated 7-8 because it needs some minor repairs, and the AC wasn't working, making the room feel like a sauna. However, I'm lowering the rating due to the landlord's disorganized attitude.

Big clean bed. Central location. Kitchen and living area.

Noisy due to being a flight path. This wasn’t clearly stated. Plumbing stopped working so had to get another hotel. Host said they will refund the remaining nights but even now after a month I’m still waiting for them to provide written confirmation to booking.com so the refund can be processed.

Péssima comunicação com os anfitriões. Não enviam fatura após vários pedidos, o que já é a segunda vez que acontece.

I’ve requested multiple times the VAT invoice and still haven’t received it. Be aware it’s a shared bathroom propriety.

top locatie, makkelijk te bereiken met openbaar vervoer, personeel was ook vriendelijk. de kamer was prima, fijn bed en goed belicht.

de badkamer was erg vies, overal schimmel in de voegen. Er zat ook schimmel in de airco die ook niet werkte. de kamers bevinden zich op de bovenste verdieping en er is geen lift. als er mensen gingen koken gingen de stoppen er heel vaak door.

Problema de eletricidade, ao cozinhar a luz vai sempre a baixo. Resolvendo este problema , será uma estadia de 5 estrelas.
