The place is safe

The water was not warm enough. No electric blanket and I could not use the aircon to warm the room because I've got sinus issues.

That it was so close to Rosepark Hospital.

It is very small. They also had no cleaning supplies like dishwashing liquid. The towels was also very harsh on our skins.
