That it was so close to Rosepark Hospital.

It is very small. They also had no cleaning supplies like dishwashing liquid. The towels was also very harsh on our skins.

Neat and tidy. Host very accommodating.

The room was very clean and neat on our arrival. Very quiet area and save.

It’s in a nice, quiet place

From the start our stay was horrible. Everything looked okey when we arrived. Until we found a dirty diaper in the bathroom and hair everywhere, meaning the room was not cleaned properly. When we wanted to eat something, the cutlery still had food on it. We did let them know about the diaper and the cleanliness of the bathroom and she came and gave new towels and removed the diaper. The towels that was given to us was so hard it felt like sandpaper. The excuse given was that the cleaner had a death in her family and had to go early to make arrangements, understandable, but as I am paying for a clean place to stay. They could make other arrangements to make sure the room is clean. After that we thought it can only get better but we were wrong. After more time in the room we saw that everything was covered in dust and spider webs. The fridge was not clean, and empty, no fresh water or milk for coffee. That was fine we brought our own. But the kettle was so disgusting we had to throw out the coffee we made as it tasted horrible. All this cannot be because the room was not cleaned properly once, I personally think the place is not cleaned properly for a while, and all this build up over time. And then lastly, my wife had to study, she had a exam in Bloemfontein. But that was really difficult because the owners of the place and their children where so noisy. I do understand there will be some noice at a guesthouse but the screaming of children for hours, and loud conversations before 06:00 in the morning, next to our room, I think is unacceptable. Especially when the people making the noice is the guesthouse owners themselves.

Its good value for money

The toilet wasn't clean. The water was dirty.

Everything. One of the best places I've been to, I seriously recommend it.
