Its clean and in a secure environment

You cant do laundry.

We arrived at 10.00. There was no attendant on the property. When we rang the number provided, the man who received the call was very rude and probably drunk. He did not think it was important to come and let us into the property. The Taxi driver ended up taking us to another guest house because he could not leave us on the sidewalk for security reasons. In fact we do require a refund of our money

The house in general

The bed had some stains but overall the house was nice

Clean room. Great location if you doing business in the City. Home away from home

The gas shower, water temperature wasn't warm enough

We didn't get to sleep at the guesthouse, the host called me saying she has a situation, in that the guests that were supposed to check out, couldn't and both were hospitalised and their belongings are still in the apartment. I then contacted her the following day she said the wife of the man in apartment supposedly we were to be in died, I don't know how true that is. She arranged another place for us which I was not happy with it at all as it did not meet my requirements.

The fact that the host did not meet my requirements on the replacement guesthouse, in future don't take reservations if you know you are fully booked. Stop misleading people
