I was only informed at the gate that the place was full and I had to sleep at police station while my money was already deducted

I should have been informed the time I was doing the booking

The location, it is situated in a good neighborhood Bed sheets and blankets were clean

The place/house Looks very dodgy The staff looks dodgy Bathroom door not closing and the bathroom is shared with other guests The bed was not comfortable The towels are too old, with strings and threads coming off

The mattress were so hard

There's no breakfast given, the staff were friendly and helpful. Generally the facilities is nice and clean.

It needs upgrading here and there because I had to climb on the bed to charge a phone and the curtains needs serious replacement.
