Actually, I didn't even sleep there. I ended up booking at Sun 1 Hotel for 2 nights.

The owner is arrogant. and unprofessional stuff

They asked for an extra R100 when I was there saying the room I booked was already occupied

Absolutely disgusting, my staff member arrived at 8pm, the room was paid in full and he had to pay additional as his room was booked? If he did not pay, he could leave. What a way to hold someone ransom that is stranded that time of night. The attitude of the owner who has a bullish mentality, put the phone down whilst I was speaking to him, that attitude does not belong in the hospitality industry. After we paid additional, my staff member was left in reception and only later a guy came and he was taken to an outside room with no access to warm water? He was told he could use the bathroom in the house the next morning, No facilities to even make a coffee. This place should not feature on booking.com. it's a dump.
