"It was not quite upto standard to be honest, why don’t you have lace curtains for one and how come there aren’t any cup"

Nothing much to be honest

The lady attending to us had no courage to look good for the guests, her dress code,she cared less to even bath to look presentable when sitting at reception at any given time. There were no basic requirements such as a mirror on the wall,no WiFi,no wall wardrobe to put clothes,we had to put clothes and bags on the floor.. this was a horrible experience
