The staff was super friendly, was here with my boyfriend. Had to choose amongst 4 rooms and finally went with the one my boyfriend and I liked the most. It was soo cozy.

Please have bins inside the rooms, also please consider having liquid milk in the fridge I do not like powdered milk.

I'm actually not a good review writer but this time I will do my best to avoid another traveler experience a bad experience like me. I booked two rooms with A/C for me and my family, as you know Vryburg can go up to 40°C easily during day time. But one of the rooms had no A/C. Just an electric fan. Therefore, I told the person in charge about it and "Sorry, we're working on it." was the respond. That's not all. The worse part was instead of a proper door with hinge this room had a sliding door which was not closing neither locking. The person in charge said she has called somebody to fix it so we should wait. We were waiting for two hours but nothing was happening. It was already time for dinner. So, I asked the person in charge if I can talk to the owner who was on vacation to solve this problem directly. My first question was the missing A/C. The answer from the owner was shocking. She said there is an electric fan in the room which will condition the air. My second question was if the door could be fixed soon. But the owner was not sure about that because it was Saturday. My last question was if I can have a refund due to the missing of A/C and default of the door. But she said "No" because we have 'used' the room. Actually it was the person in charge who asked us to wait in the room while she calls somebody to fix the door. Maybe my mistake that I was honest and told the owner that my son has used the toilet while waiting. The owner also mentioned she's a businessman and don’t want to make any loss. My family felt very uncomfortable and unsecure of the irresponsible respond of the owner so I had to book another costly accommodation imminently before it gets dark in an unfamiliar town where we were visiting for the first time. With all these explanations she still refuses to refund. A saying comes to mind: "You got scammed with your eyes open.
