"I booked for a deluxe double room and upon arrival they told me that my room has been given away"

Bad service . I paid for a deluxe double room and upon arrival I was told that my room has been given away and that they will give me a refund. I tried calling the owner and does not respond as I am still waiting for my refund. Unprofessional lady

The morden finishes and furnishing of the establishment. For a moment you feel like you are in the guest houses of Sandton Johannesburg.

Room 5 needs to be finalized with connection of an air conditioner. Which I was told was in the pipeline. There needs to be a light next to the work study table. A plug next to the table would be helpful for charging laptops whilst working. Rather than stop working to charge laptop from a far end of room.
